Lunaara Collection Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a style may not be the right fit. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a full refund, excluding items from our Abayas collection.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
1.2. Items marked as “Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for returns but may be exchanged or returned for store credit.

7. International Orders
7.1. All international orders are FINAL SALE. If a delivery is refused or customs duties/fees are unpaid, any additional costs incurred (including shipping and customs fees) will be the responsibility of the customer.
