Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. location, Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays). While we strive to fulfill orders promptly, please allow 2-5 business days for processing and packing before your order is shipped.
Complimentary Shipping (U.S. Orders)
We offer complimentary shipping via UPS Ground for orders over $200 within the U.S. (Delivery time: approximately 3 business days).
For orders below $200, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
For international orders, we ship via DHL Express or FedEx, with estimated delivery times ranging from 1 to 5 business days.

Duties & Taxes (U.S. and International Orders)

Lunaara Collection LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, and import fees, which vary by country.

The recipient is considered the importer of record and is responsible for any additional import costs.

Refused deliveries will incur the original shipping cost and a return fee. Any refunds will be issued minus all shipping fees (both delivery and return costs).
Address Accuracy
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout to avoid any delays or delivery failures.
Lost or Missing Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft during transit.

If the carrier confirms delivery but you have not received your package, we cannot offer refunds or reshipments.

We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance with lost or missing packages, as we are unable to file claims on behalf of customers.
